I think letting it transform items wielded by another monster would make it over powered.

You will always get enough gold eventually. I think I prefer it the way it is, as a minor curiosity / something that comes in handy if you find it early in the game

You can only break locks of items/doors that are already locked. That is to say, you cannot break locks that are unlocked (unless you first lock the lock).

I think the new materials are awesome. My only observation would be that a lot of the materials should have their generation limited. Prior to the new development finding a item made of arcanite or octirion was extremely rare so you knew it was valuable. In my first play through of the new release i was getting exotic materials on every item.

Don't get me wrong its cool to see all the new items/materials , its just that I think the current frequency is diluting the value of it all.

What kind of materials are you seing too often? Are they too strong for how early are they generated? Or are they simply some of the new variations of common materials?

I think bloodsteel and such are generated a tad too often, but then there are the new types of wood which you should be seeing pretty frequently, as they are not so different from the old woods.

I killed everyone in New Attnam, but I can't find the Left Nut. I used a lot of explosives, so can it be destroyed?
Or I should just wait until every corpse will rot and then use a scroll of detect material?

Ha nope, you can't tame or resurrect her. But you can tame a polymorphed Genny. She walked with me, but in retrospect I wish I had locked her in a house before she changed back.

I'm on the verge of winning that game, killed Elpuri already. But I'm suddenly having major crashing problems. Body switching is a really neat idea, but I'm not sure it's worth the instability. I'm unsure I'll ever be able leave the level I'm on if and when the new recovery option finishes (the last before Oree's lair). The game has crashed every time I've tried.
