Verdigris is a type of bronze.

Are its in-game stats different from regular bronze?

It has a bit less density and a lower int requirement, but flexiblity and strength are the same.

The Wiki says that atavus attempts to enchant a random piece of armor when prayed to while pleased. Its been my experience that it only enchants my helmets, is this observer bias, or a bug?

Pretty sure he has enchanted other armor for me.

Tip:

SPOILER ALERT. Click here to see text.
Remove all the armor that you don't want enchanted. He will only enchant stuff that you are wearing (unless that has changed with the dev updates)

(dev version) What IRL is the prototype of vinegar in Attnam? I can't believe it!

You mean why it's acidic? Well, vinegar is a water solution of acetic acid after all. But Attnam makes strong vinegar, indeed.

Maybe what is it made from? Wine turns into vinegar when it gets exposed to air. Maybe we need to add wine? Perhaps the vinegar in Attnam is really made from vodka?

I recently had a mildly lawful character with whom I prayed to Legifer. Unfortunately, he was displeased even though I had read one of his books many times, and set me on fire, instantly killing me. I had 44 hp and ended up like -17. I didn't have any fire resistance at all, but it felt like a bit too much of a punishment for praying to an angry god. I think it might need some balancing, at least for early game, and also considering now burns lower your total hp and stats.

I just ran into the invisible spider silk golem, only this time I could see it with esp. Is this intended or a bug?

A bug, his Int must have been increased somehow.

You mean in that game? Because I ran a test in wiz mode by summoning the golem and it was invisible to infravision and esp. This is so weird.

Yeah, his stats didn't change, but maybe he was generated at higher DL, or something else increased his Int in the game.

I don't think it was generated at a considerable higher danger level than with previous characters (or at all), and I've never seen this happen before. Also, golems can't eat nor drink and as far as I know npc don't read either, so how could it have increased its int?

That's the mystery. I've seen ESP-able golems too, but extremely rarely.

Maybe the same error that generate negative gear generates alt stats for golems?

Too bad I didn't used the stethoscope on it and check its stats. It seems the only chance for it to be visible is that it somehow spawns with increased stats, then.

EDIT: I just ran a quick test in wiz mode. Apparently, with just one more point in intelligence (that is 5 instead of 4) the spider silk golem becomes visible via esp. So if at the moment of spawning its stats are increased even by just one point, then it won't be 100% invisible.

Just saw that this was already reported almost 3 years ago:

https://github.com/Attnam/ivan/issues/123

However we still don't know what is causing the bump in stats.

Great. Now that I think of it, it has been very common for me to sense golems through esp that are not currently on my line of view in my last games. Are there different int stats for different golem types? I thought it might be related to material, but now I suspect it might be this very same bug.

Just witnessed Kenny eat a whale bone spear - leaving just a stick of oak when he finished.

Love the small details!

They totally should! That would be a great little detail.
