His [[Angel|archangel]] is called Inlux. The Wise know that the other gods you cannot [[World Map|world]] is really a square pancake which Valpurus carries on His back. This is why the Cathedral and the whole city of [[Attnam]] are dedicated to His worship. ==Praying== Note that Valpurus is a busy god and does not respond well to ordinary mortals bothering Him with their prayers. You should only pray to Valpurus after becoming His champion. Offer sacrifices to Him until He declares you become His champion, then it is safe to pray. Repeat this process after each prayer, as Valpurus is also a fickle god and his Championfavour does not last. === Good Effects === When pleased, otherwise He Valpurus will become angry and smite recognize you in the head with his hammer. To become as his champion and grant you must pray to gods a sword and a shield of similar alignment (Legifer and Atavus)[[valpurium]]:* [[valpurium]] [[Large swords|two-handed sword]] [1500g, DAM 7-12, accurate, almost unbreakable],* [[valpurium]] [[shield]] [1050g, or make offerings at his altarshighly accurate, or read his books (or almost unbreakable].  You hear a combination booming voice: "I RECOGNIZETH THEE AS MINE OWN CHAMPION!
