Scars have permanent side effects on body parts. You can receive a scar from any type of damage except poison and health drain attacks.
The chance of getting one is based on the HP of the body part and its severity is based on the percentage of damage received.
They appear on the player silhouette and have side effects increasing in intensity based on severity:
- All scars reduce the max HP of the body part
- Head scars reduce Charisma
- Arm scars reduce Arm Strength and Dexterity
- Leg scars reduce Leg Strength and Agility
