A magical axe permanently covered in Liquid Darkness, it may drain the target's Int, Wis and Cha on hit.

Notes

• While Cha drain is not particularly effective against most monsters (only sirens use Cha for the power of their special songs), all monsters use Wis to determine the cleverness of their AI and Int influences from how far away can monsters with ESP see you, making it especially good against spellcasting monsters who can otherwise snipe at you even through walls thanks to their ESP.
