Try it out in wizard mode: one leg as unicorn horn and one as leather. Unicorn horn has flexibility rating of 1, hence the leg should have 4 dexterity. The leather leg on the other hand has a flexibility of 10, giving the leg a dexterity score of 40. If the dexterity score shown on the character sheet shows the average, it should now show it as 22.

Ah, so it's each limb's flexibility times 4. Okay, that makes more sense.

You know you could have just done this stuff in wizmode and saw what it was a lot faster, right?

Aw, come on. Not every game is blessed with a wizard mode that let's you do just about anything

Now that he knows, I'm certain he'll make good use of it. We'll miss the activity

Sophos is good early game if you are in a pickle and need a limb or face death. usually you get hardened leather which has decent strength amd agility/dex but every once in a while you get ommel cerumen which mught get your through that fight with the zombie weilding the mithril battle axe and makes a tasty treat once you get back to New Attnam with a few bear traps....

omg i cant even follow this discussion. I have a question (I dont have access to ivan for a few days so I can try it myself.) what if you did 1 arm/leg valpurium and 1/arm/leg phoenix feather - would it grant higher average stats? somone who can wizmode real fast sshould check this.

second question - would attackes be based on the sta of the limb holing the weapon, or the average score shown on the stat list?
Booooooooooo!

Since the game tracks stats for each limb, I believe the attacks would be based on the weapon arm.

It occurs to me that an extremely-high-dexterity blocking arm and an extremely-high-strength weapon arm could be a viable combination. Though then again it might be better just to use spider silk on both arms and swing two weapons.
