I think the thing about secrets in general is that we don't know of them

But yeah, good question. I think there surely are some surprises- remember the shock & awe when it was posted that altars can be polymorphed?
Well I assume that a bolt has a given, numeric, amouunt of perwer. (assi in enegri)... unless it's LAERSER SKISKLS POEWN PEWN!

Well... maybe Hiccups status can be instantly stopped by getting Panicked status?
Any secrets left...propably no, but there are still tricks and wicked techniques to be made & tested.
Anyway, it would be nice to get IVAN to version 1.00 before the world's end.

don't you hiccup when you drink lots of vodka, valdemar, etc?

Not that I've ever noticed. I've just splurged on vodka in the cathedral's basement in Z's 3D variant and didn't get it either.

Hmm, I've gotten hiccups alot of times, but does it actually hinder you from doing anything?

It's possible there are still things to learn, but unlikely. If there were more people around poking at the code, we might have a better idea of whether or not everything had been found.

Really, what's more interesting to me is the question of how best to win IVAN (without cheating, of course). I guess I ought to give Al's guide a look and try some of it out sometime.

EDIT: granted, most interesting would be new versions of the game.

hint hint how's that coming along hint hint

You know, if we knew about any remaining secrets, they wouldn't be secret, now would the?

Everyone that volunteered flaked out or didn't know anything in the first place, as I had expected. Zero progression, zero interest.

Sad truth.

Graduated today!! And I have an internship lined up for this summer.

I should have a lot more time to work on my own stuff now. I plan on updating the website first, then I'll try to do some work on IVAN.
