Not sure if this has been mentioned but, but the distribution of some random items needs to be tweaked (IMO) I was walking torhoug the tunnels of UT1 and i came across a grandfather clock and a potted plant. A treacherous dungeon tunnel doesnt seem like the place to randomly encounter high end household furnishings

Interesting question. I know that stats get "markers" when your characters are generated that make them easier or harder to train naturally. Do NPC's get the Stat Markers as well? It would make the scroll even more powerrful because by switching with another human you could permanently evade a (annoying) game mechanic.

No it was the cellar. All of the other chests/container gave me the warning, but 1 did not.

speaking of bugs, i was in the catacombs and was able to take a pair of gloves without the warning or the town becoming hostile.

what does liquid darkness do? I drank some in wizmode and it said something to the effect that I made a mistake, but i saw no immediate stat or health impact.

I think the shields issue could be solved by adding a 2 weapon penatly or changing 2 weapon mechanics somehow to make it less overpowered. Perhaps making the ASTR required to wield a second weapon much higher?

also much earlier, which is cool because it gives me a chance to see all the new items, but in the long run i think is kind of breaking the game. Also it makes early generated humanoids insanely dangerous, as it seem in half the games i play i am encountering a skeleton with a +1 bastard sword or something equivalent. Most of the time before i can even find leather armor.
