The new forum is good. But it obviously lacks a challenge section. Everyone - post challenges, and highscores from others' challenges. I'll start with 2, no scores yet :

KICKER CHALLENGE - You kick. A lot. I won't come to your house (as I do everyday anyway) and make sure ye does, sometimes anyone can make a mistake and punch or shieldbash someone... But in this challenge, don't restraint from kicking, don't cheat. It makes baby Steve cry.

THE ONLY UNCHEATERY WAY TO WIN IVAN - Derived from an old forum talk about ommel cerumen. Just go naked and armed with banana peels. I suppose kicking and vomiting is allowed. But probably IS cheating.
Well I assume that a bolt has a given, numeric, amouunt of perwer. (assi in enegri)... unless it's LAERSER SKISKLS POEWN PEWN!

My current highscore on the uncheatery way is 288.

I created nine characters in total before giving up, all of them were killed by either zombies, carnivourus plants or hedgehogs except the first one, he was killed by a dark frog that jumped out of a fountain.

this was an interesting experience.. banana peels make fairly bad weapons... but even worse, they keep rotting, I havent lived long enough to tell but I'm worried that they'll spoil completely at any moment.

EDIT: It was too tempting to resist, I created two more characters but with the "peels as traps" approach, the first character successfully killed a hedgehog by luring it to step on banana peels and slipping to death, he then died in the same way when trying to pick up the peels.
The second character lived much longer and I skipped the idea of using the peels as traps, he lived mostly thanks to two mustard gas grenades and a wand of striking, he made it to UT2 and had to go back to town to buy new bananas twice, because of them spoiling, he was eventually killed by a kobold which stabbed him in the head.
Yeah Boi!

THE BERSERKER CHALLENGE
You can only use Axes or Blunt weapons or Spears.
You can only wear a belt. (Loincloth?)
You must attack without cease. Fierce.
NO WANDS.
As a berserker, you are uneducated. You can't read.
As a berserker naturally doesn't mind it's wounds, you can not heal. You can only heal by resting.
Don't run from a fight. Ever.

If panicked, lure your enemy into cornering you. If you can't move in any direction, the game will allow you to attack.

Also on the banana peel challenge -- SoCM/SoHM?

Holy Monk challenge!

You must use your fists as your weapons.
No gloves may be worn.
Everything else can be worn but it HAS to be leather.
You can only go to + alignment, so no chaotic gods.
You have to read every single thing you find when you find it. Books, scrolls, etc.
Wait, let me get this straight... you hit the button? OH SHI-

The careless challenge:

You use the first two weapons you find. Even if they were 2 two-handed scimitiars. So goes with the armors, firts that you'll find, you'll use. You eat and drink anything that you can. Including acid, poisons, zombies etc. You will also have to read anything that you find.
I might have forgotten every single detail, but you can figure out them by yourself. Just be as careless as possible.
Right, now you killed me. Happy?

The Pen is Mightier than the Sword.

Only wield scrolls or books as weapons.

Fight barehanded if you have no printed items due to dwarves, landmines, etc, but do not read your last text just to become barehanded.

My hight score so far:
11967 Librarian, killed by Rondol in UT 4.

Rondol had a +6 spear.

Tips:
Run away from zombies if possible, it takes so long to kill them with a scroll you all but guarenteed to get leprosy.
Atavus's platemail rocks.
Seges full tummy rocks.
Use sleep even though it punishes agility and dex, it is imperitive to clear UT3 before the Giant plants start to spawn.
If you get enough fire protection set the mines on yourself to get rid of tough enemies surrounding you.
Getting the levitation belt will keep you from always losing your weapons.
Choose a book from a God(dess) you don't plan on ever praying to train as a weapon.

Aww. My metal-man challenges are gone. I only remember Ironman. I'll rephrase:

You cannot visit any level twice, save only UT2, and then only if you went to UT4 first. Once you go to UT3 you cannot return to UT2. Once you have Elpuri's head you're allowed (of course) to return back up the GC.

Let me think of something really hard and really annoying

The "Just Eat it Challenge"

You must eat everything possible and never allow anything to rot to nothing this includes Zombies, Spiders, Skunks, and Kobolds.

If you transform into a creature that can eat Leather or Bone... you must eat that as well.

You also must drink everything and entirely empty out fountains

You must also eat every bit of store food in the game (Very difficult for that store that has 100 bananas)

This must be done before you beat the game.

The Exception is the starting town's infinate spawning Bananas

Banana peels aren't as bad as I thought - at least until I got to Genetrix Vesana level and then the plants sprouted up and I couldn't damage them
