LOL

chaos, that's in IVAN not LIVAN right? In LIVAN I've noticed a ton of -# weapons so I think it's just buggy. But if this is actual IVAN holy crap that is a shitty weapon!

I once found a whole level filled with -X stuff (actually, my brother did) and had Rondol spawn there, guess what happened?

Right, now you killed me. Happy?

I just killed Xinroch that spawned with all -ve gear, ranging from -1 to -5. Too bad because I like his arcanite shield and flaming ruby sword. The GC Shop wouldn't even buy his phoenix feather cloak -5.

Good god...

I don't know whether to be happy or scared...

3 fountains in UT1.

EDIT: I've dared the fountains.

Fountain 1: a spirit; acquired belt of levitation
Fountain 2: Int +2, 5 shitty slimes. Helplessly stuck. Head dissolves. Game Over.

Dammit!

Haha in Atomic IVAN, I found a shotgun -7. It actually healed opponents
Yes, you heard that right, a shotgun.
(I'm actually considering renaming it as a blunderbuss due to the time period IVAN is set in)
System would indicate in graphic if person is mounted on horse or not.
Same system also show if person mounted on boar, elephant, polar bear etc.
Or if person mounted on ass.
Ivan find mounting on ass funny.

NO. NO. NOOOO!
I just found a flaming valpurium knight sword +10. In the hand of a goblin. I polymorphed the goblin into a wolf, took the sword, did a victory dance... Only to be killed by the wise farmer 15 turns later. Where was that scroll of taming when I needed it?

Hey, at least you have a bones file with that now.

...you did remember to die somewhere other than UT1, right?

Speaking of bones, I'll give you guys an update on the guy who found the chest of weapons right at the start. He went on, surviving many close calls and finding truly astounding weaponry (steel spear +3 in UT, anyone?) until he became my best character ever. He had killed the mystic frog on the frog level, had gone back to town for some chatting and a few odds and ends, then was on his way back down into the gloomy depths when he was ambushed in GC1 by an orc slaughterer. With bronze axes +5.

It's not "minus three minus minus four", but "minus three to minus four". Those weapons are great for stat training, they heal your opponent! How'd you get two, clone them?

Believe it or not, they both spawned one after another.
