Having this intrinsic, you can survive your own death once. Triggering life saving restores the player to full health and regrows all lost limbs.

Life Saved can be gained from the following sources:

Amulet of life saving - most common source of Life Saved in the game but still extremely rare, this amulet has one weakness as beheading takes the amulet away so you won't be revived
Shield of the Phoenix (CLIVAN) - an item found in one of game variants, it leaves your neck empty for other amulets

Archangels are Life Saved naturally, thus eliminating the beheading weakness of amulets.
