Oree is the final (or penultimate) boss of IVAN beyond Elpuri. He is found on the final floor of the Gloomy Cave beyond the portal, known as Oree's Lair.
He guards the stolen Shirt of the Golden Eagle, which you can return to Petrus in order to gain one of two possible endings.
