Otherwise:
- enchants your currently wielded weapon, or
- summons a bottle of Troll blood, or
- recommends you to his master Mortifer, increasing your relationship with Mortifer by 100.

Angry:

There is a guaranteed altar of Cruentus in Oree's Lair.
Offering most weapons, explosive items or gauntlets of strength will receive a greater bonus towards your relation with Cruentus.
