I am stuck on GC5 waiting to descend further. I find myself at this point in the game all the time - I power play a character to gc4 but then lose steam because I don't want to die on enner. then after is (occasionally) defeat enner I don't want to die after that, so I screw around and stop playing games for a while. anyone else have the same experience?

Well, defeating the Ennerbeast in itself is a victory. Kill him, then eat his corpse to contain his strength. However, if you are playing CLIVAN, you won't want to kill him. You'll want to go into the forest, and go through the quest to get the klein bottle of blood so that the Enner Beast's roar can congeal it.

I am stuck in mind on my current game. My guy is pretty buff, but i have it in my head to get mortifers meat tenderizer. Im cruentus' main man right now, but is taking an age to get mortifer on my side. should I SoCM a large chest to ommel bone or a valuable material like crystal or diamond to speed it up, or is that a waste of a scroll?

Everything in this post is new to me. What does eating his corpse boost, endurance?

Not that I have observed. It does give you ESP for a really long time however.

It feeds you, gives you ESP, and I think it trains endurance. As for the whole Klein Bottle thing...

CLIVAN has a quest where you enter a deep forest, and eventually, find a vampire. You can get a quest from a Daughter of Scabies.. ... I can't remember it all, I'd have to take pictures in Wizard Mode.

Cool, thanks. Did not know about ESP either. To get permanent ESP i usually eat 3 floating eye corpses... is Enner enough to give it to you permanently by himself? (assuming you're able to eat his entire corpse)

It must be minor training - I have never seen an endurance boost from eating it.

It's entirely possible it trains END in some way. Hell, IVAN's stat training is so "detailed" that I once levelled my DEX by putting a ring on.

Also on the subject of getting hesitant, I get this way before the floor with the guaranteed mystic dark frogs. HORRIBLE things.
System would indicate in graphic if person is mounted on horse or not.
Same system also show if person mounted on boar, elephant, polar bear etc.
Or if person mounted on ass.

Golems do not heal; but be warned. They both will move slow, but will hit like a truck.

It's worth noting that although, yes, they will hit like a truck full of lead cinderblocks, metal and rock golems have very low to-hit values. So, it's somewhat safe to take them on if you have high AGI - just don't expect to kill them without something REALLY strong or explosive.

Of course, the easiest way to deal with golems is to be invisible. They don't know where to hit if you swing at one a few times and take a step in some direction before they hit back. They'll just end up walking to the square you were last in. Repeat until it's dead. Just be mindful of the relative speed of the golem you're fighting - you'll want to be out of the way when tries to hit back. 1-3 hits and some 's'earch abuse after moving works wonders.

Octiron and diamond golems are pretty easy to take out, even without invisibility. Valpurium and rarely GEF are where it's at; I've had more than a few run-ins with those end rather poorly.

Just maintain a good relationship with Cruentus and you'll get there.

in my experience if you think you're ready to take on Richel Decos, then you're probably not...

Decos is just a pushover. If the rest of the gear and stats you've got is of similar level, he'll evaporate when you touch him. Same with Elpuri, for that matter.

Also not much to gain from Decos once you get to the point where you can beat him in a fair fight, hence why I consider him a target of opportunity at the start of the game but not worth it later.
Say, if you were to encounter gas grenades or the holy hand grenade.

Other than liberating New Attnam for the hell of it, you're right. It may or may not also affect your score to some degree in addition to the kills themselves.
