I feel like leprosy is still not obvious enough. I never notice until I lose a limb. I think there was *one* occasion where I saw that I had sores.
Also I think that the confused state from sirens lasts wayyyyy too long. I feel like I'm stumbling around drunkenly for days after encountering sirens.

I must say I like the new sores message, because I do notice it and it definitely helps.
Hm, I've never actually been confused by sirens... They only ever steal my stuff.

No, that's your disease immunity timing out. Maybe you ate some mushrooms and they gave you disease immunity?

Ohhhh I didn't realized disease immunity even existed anymore...
Also I never look at the messages when eating mushrooms. I tend to farm them (if I find a patch and can get around, I leave one alive; he's not a threat and he makes me more food) then come back to a feast of 5-10 mushrooms which I eat all at once.
