See distant lights

I'm mixed on this feature. Currently it's configurable.

Having it turned on is nice, and makes logical sense, but kind of renders Perception useless. Perception used to be one of my favorite things to train (as my multiple bug reports/pull requests about carrots have revealed )

Perhaps the deeper you go, the less visible these lights are.

I agree that it needs tweaking. It's nifty, but as Capristo points out, it makes Perception less useful. Perhaps the ability to see distant lights should be somehow dependent on your Perception? Like, if it's lit you can see it even from far away, but it has to be proportionally closer and/or brighter if you have low Per?

Good idea. Also it may be good only show the walls and ground but hide the enemies and items.
