I was announcing some things in the "bugs" thread which wasn't really an appropriate place

So, attachments in posts should work AND attachments in private messages

Search works again, although it is a little slow and I want to play with it to make it faster. Let me know if you find any bugs

This includes the "view new posts / topics" on the forum index for a quick way to see what's been updated, or "view posts by user".

Not oft-used feature, but we now have syntax highlighting in code blocks.

/**
 * Attnam Party function
 */
function attnam_party( $people ) {
    for( $i = 0; $i < count($people); $i++ ) {
        echo $people[$i]['name'] . " is here to party\n";
    }
}

Best. Function. Ever.
Alos, that's really neat, but isn't it an enormous amount of work to make even basic code highlighting work for only the most common programming languages?

It is - this is one of the few cases where I went for a third-party library.

Private message email notifications should be working again

Don't go out of your way to test, but if they work/don't work, can somebody let me know?

What with all the pms I send for RGO, it shouldn't take long.

Topic subscriptions (email notification for new replies) should be fixed.

I noticed a problem with the emails yesterday, but it seems to have magically fixed itself, so maybe Gmail's servers were having issues.

Something most will not care about, but I think Z mentioned it before.

Gzip compression and expiration headers are being set appriorately for all HTML, CSS, JS, and images. So especially if you are viewing the site on your phone not on wifi, it will use less data for your phone plan.
