Two new material idas: Butter and Cheese. Both would be potential loaf materials. (Also golem materials?)

Maybe more than one kind of cheese...?

I could forsee getting perma-confused by (un)intentionally eating too many mushroom corpses.

I do however agree that the permanent status effects "bug" should be left in. However... perhaps a liquid type could be added which clears all innate status effects? A potion of cleansing, effectively? Obviously it shouldn't work on status effects from worn items.

Batman: Yes, after doing sci-talk with Haathbar, you can go sci-talk with other monsters and keep gaining Int/Wis.

Azba: I *believe* that is correct but I haven't done a lot of sci-talking so I don't know for sure.

Not with Haathbar. You'll have to find someone else to chat up. A clone of Haathbar might work, though.

I still love my winning strategy. Started with a Turok. Got a Neerc se'Ulb. Trained aSTR until I could wield both... then I got another Neerc. Proceeded to turn everyone in my path into mushy piles of life-drained goo. Also proceeded to starve to death three times between GC and Attnam while carrying Elpuri's head.
