In general, shouldn't the things that burn slower have a lower chance to catch other things on fire?
...then again they'd be checking that chance for burning other things for a lot longer huh.

Yeah a LOT of the things on some CLIVAN pages etc are actually LIVAN additions (not my doing!) so I've been adding LIVAN category tags to them as I come to them.
Things that are in both CLIVAN and LIVAN are tagged as such.

Worlds page has been fixed.

Terra is a placeholder god more or less. I wrote the article from what I could find browsing the source code.
Terra is the goddess of the earth (e.g. rocks, soil) and Silva is the goddess of nature (natural living things like plants and animals). Terra as a god does not exist in the game per-se but still has things attached to her.

There's a little about her in a text file on god ideas (which also reveals they wanted to go for a order/chaos man/nature system rather than just lawful/chaotic)
Like Warheck said I think she got merged with Silva at some point, but her presence remains in the code.

On the other hand, we're talking about IVAN here and having your +10 weapon turn into a banana because of something that would be entirely your fault does not sound out of place.

I think Eagle's method would work best to prevent the exploit. You still have the effective end result of an unusable weapon (banana) but now you only have the equivalent of a spoiled banana's worth of nutrition in your hand. Though I could complain about the fact that at least a banana weapon can be changed back, I won't because that's pretty much a waste of a SoCM in my opinion.

Things put within "code" blocks don't appear as they should in advanced editing mode's preview (and therefore probably advanced posting too). They don't highlight anything until the post is actually live.

I like the way you think Pent.
16:02 The genie rumbles violently and disappears in a puff of smoke.
16:02 It smells really bad here.

You can't SoCM to liquids or gaseous materials in normal play though. Would be interesting to implement as a god effect though, maybe.
I am also loving the image of IVANguy speeding after dudes with nothing but a huge fart cloud emanating from his butt.

I'd really be interested in adding a bunch of novelty items along the same vein that aren't really useful but are neat uses of the code.
For example, artifact weapons that look extremely similar to the already existing ones but with typos that have bad effects - e.g. Miolak that occasionally blasts YOU, or an Eplyron that occasionally turns your arms into bananas.

Something on The Wise Farmer:
 5,
    "\"I would rather grow a share of crops in hell than stay alive.\"",
    "@Dd gives you a blank stare. \"To succeed in your quest, you must look at life like it is a double-edged blade.\"",
    "\"Having both invincibility and immortality... a thought too painful for me.\"",
    "\"If only I knew what's keeping me alive - I would have been dead centuries ago.\"";
    "\"I'm led to consider a different path: Heaven for climate, Hell for company.\"";

His plight seems really familiar to me, like it rang a bell but I can't quite put my finger on it. Maybe it is just the old trope of he who cannot die, or perhaps an actual reference?
Alternatively, might be a jab at the whole old warrior who cannot die until he is defeated, but is too strong for all who oppose him thing.
