Forum not stable?

About an hour ago, I tried to get on the forum and it didn't load. This is not the first time. Is it a matter of time before this goes down like jconserv?

Umm. I've seen it take a few seconds before loading a couple times but never longer than that and it won't be permanent.
The next person who doubts my server is banned for life
