I was unable to kill Sieni Fusanga, and it's also teleport locked you can't tp it away from the stairs, but when I prayed to silva a rock fell on it and moved it one tile to the right so I was able to go down. Not sure if this is ok but I will continue to look for another way to squish that shroom.

As for strategies to kill her:

* Overwhelm her with pets. Unlike Elpuri, Fusanga has no way of dealing with multiple attackers, and as she's huge, you can stack many pets around her.
* She has no resistances except gas immunity. Wands, explosions and puddles of acid/lava will hurt her a lot.
