I highly doubt the god relationships have anything to do with the types of dwarves that spawn.

Even if you're in a great relationship with a god, you'll still have kamikaze dwarves killing themselves in the name of their god.

What it could have an effect on, is how much the Dwarves damage you. Or target you. Not that IVAN would mind at it's current state... Well, I guess you'd have to give it at least a lobotomy to make it less harmful in some way.
