But if you want to be TOUGHER than anything, and raise your endurance, you can eat school food, rest when you're grievously injured, or eat ommel snot.

EDIT: Not everyne speaks perfect english. //Ernomouse//
Proudly bringing disaster and mental scarring to Attnam since '05!

I think the best way is to get your health really low (your torso dark red) and then rest. But high hp means more powerful monsters, the game is really balanced. Make sure you have good equipment first

Sometimes school food doesn't raise your endurance and it sucks.

I generally spend some time running on broken bottles in Attnam or New Attnam without armor or boots and when I lose a considerable amount of hp I either rest to heal or run in the world map unitl the hp is high again.

Eating small spiders can work miracles on one's HP. Just make sure to eat them unrotten, one by one, starting with full health and most importantly - OUTSIDE the dungeon. Somtimes I get so lucky with this technique that I get +5 END before reaching UT2. On higher HP level I usually force my char to eat pile of 3 deliciously rotten spiders to get the stat boost.

Wow!

I once thought there should be a "campaign poster" for not eating spider and kobold corpses, but this might not be the case anymore now that they prove to give as much as 5 Endurance . Does the vomiting abuse strength much?

Anyway, good job Zulox

ITYM *large* spiders.

As for strength abuse, I haven't gone below 10 AStr yet, but it's taken me about 3 spiders to gain 2 End, and you had better have plenty of regular food on hand while walking off the poison damage.

EDIT: Ah, spoke too soon. After accidentally bloating myself I got down to 9 AStr and 8 LStr. Got 13 End now.

Bananas from Ostich landing site can do the trick. Also, beeding and vomiting outside of the dungeon will prevent serious stat abuse. I have never lost any stat points doing that, but I have tried that trick only in CVS.

Bled and vomited in IVAN .50 "outside the dungeon" (which is to say, New Attnam; if you meant the world map you were not specific enough)

Obviously he's referring to the world map.. As you know in the world map some things are different (you don't get tired by running) and besides that, you would prefer to run in the world map so you heal faster from the poison, referring to real time.
