This wand made from sulfur, has two to five charges, creates a shower of acid rain, and is attached to Scabies.
NPCs hit by acid rain will become hostile (and turn all of their allies hostile too), but terrain destroyed by acid rain does not draw any hostility to the player. As such, wands of acid rain can be abused by clever players.
