You feel quite happy.
Whoa! Somehow you don't manage to walk straight!
The world is boring again.

Confusion is a state caused by imbibing alcoholic drinks, walking through clouds of magic bubbles, or taking a really nasty blow to the head. Confusion will eventually wear off on its own, it cannot be cured.

Effects

  • Random chance to move/attack in a different direction from the one intended by the player.
  • Attempting to read a scroll may cause the spell to fail, wasting the scroll.
  • Reading a holy book may cause the book to vanish without an Intelligence or Wisdom benefit and inflict a random status effect.
  • Randomly causes hiccups.
