There are two alcoholic liquids in the game: vodka and Valdemar. Both will confuse anyone who drinks it or anyone hit by a bottle or weapon dipped in it, but they also calm you while you panic. They can be found in dungeons randomly lying in bottles or in LIVAN, there is a wine cellar under the Cathedral of Attnam which is full of bottled vodka.
Guards like alcoholic bewerages and can be given one while chatting with them.
