Hit Points are your health.
Each body part has a different value of hit points. If one of your essential body parts (chest, groin or head) is entirely destroyed, you will die even if your hit points are still greater than zero. Hit points are directly tied to Endurance and thus can be raised by raising this attribute, mostly by recovering from injuries or sometimes by eating School food.
