Nefas is the goddess of forbidden pleasures. Her alignment is C, chaotic.

Pleased:

 Nefas confuses the creature with her sweet lies.

 You hear a sweet voice inside your head: "Have fun, mortal!"

Angry:

Shatters a bottle over the player's head, dealing damage and dropping a broken bottle on the floor.

Altars to Nefas are found randomly through the dungeons, or you can read a holy book to learn her rites.
