Found this out by complete accident, and prolly spoiler

This wand made from [[bone]], has two to five charges, turns any humanoid corpse into a [[zombie]], or pile of bones and a skull into a [[skeleton]]. It is attached to [[Infuscor]].
A corpse that is 'revived' with this wand and then killed again can only be revived as a zombie even if a [[wand|Wand of Resurrection]] is used on it. Necromancy is a one-way street.
