As with [[Valpurus]], one should only pray to Mortifer after being called his Champion after a sacrifice. Once you accomplish that, pray to him and he will reward you with a "heavy weapon of pure corruption", which is the ancient mace named [[Neerc Se-ulb]].Angry:Unlike most [[:Category:Artifacts|artifact]] weapons, Neerc Se-ulb comes enchanted up to +6 and cannot be [[Scroll of Change Material|material changed]]. It has a life-draining attack which transfers [[HP]] from *Smites the victim to the wielder once in a while. Using Neerc Se-ulb will also cause the wielder to gradually become more chaotic. He may also send an [[angel]] or Erado, his archangel, to assist you. If you are not his Champion, player with a bolt of black energy will hit you, wound you dealing damage and possibly destroys some of reducing your equipment. If he is extremely angryASTR, he may also send an hostile [[angel]]AGI and END by 1 point.
