At CHA=100 shops will buy items for approximately the same amount as they will sell it for. Any higher and you can make a profit simply by buying and selling. Good luck getting 100+ CHA though. :D{{Spoiler}}

This manifests as an ability to [[teleport]] a short distance each time you attack them (?whether you hit or not), leading to mildly annoying fights, but sometimes saving your life if the whole pack surrounds you. Also, each time they blink, they have a small chance to call another blink dog, essentially summoning more and more of their kin. Eating blink dog flesh grants you temporary [[Teleport#TeleControl|TeleControl]], but if you manage to eat at least three corpses in quick succession, you may gain this intrinsic permanently. Blink dogs are highly intelligent canines, believed to be creatures of law and order. In this game, however, they are not very smart, friendly, nor even powerful; but if you have some [[bone]]s you can easily tame them, just like [[puppy|puppies]].
