Books of *god* are books, that open a channel from PC to the god the book is about by teaching you the magical rites conserning concerning that god. After you've read the book, you can [[pray]] to the god. Effect is similar as to walking to an [[altar]]. Books come in three different colours; blue yellow for [[lawful]], yellow blue for [[neutral]] and red for [[chaotic]]. Each time you read a book, your alignment shifts towards the faction of the book. Reading books and [[scrolls]] also increase your [[wisdom]] and [[intelligence]]. It might also make the god a bit frendlier friendlier towards you, though the effect is not as radical as offerings have. After you've read the book enough, it disapearsdisappears.
