''Blink dogs'' are highly intelligent canines, and are believed to be creatures of law and order.
They have a special ability to travel through the physical world and non-physical planes instantaneously, which allow them to "blink".
Also, they rarely travel alone, and are able to call other blink dogs in the non-phisical planes.
