Roger is a down-to-earth, happy, ever-optimistic guy with a slight Indian accent. He has always preferred the strategic view of the battle instead of going to the field and pointing the gun with his bare hands at the enemy. This is partly because of his good nature, and partly because he finds himself more confortable and skilled in a controlled enviroment. A tactical officer aboard a starship offered just this; He would shoot vessels, not people directly; aboard a starship the battle fares more slowly, so he'd have more time to think his actions; and most of all, the militarys need of people with good skills in computers and computer guided weapon -systems (CGW) had increased drastically as the firts really efficient starships were built and sent to research the skies. This need was still not satisfied on his homeplanet, though the startravel was already an everyday thing to most of the people. Many didn't want to leave their home permanently, as that was what signing up mostly meant back then. So, a young guy intrested in technology and travelling found his dreamjob.

Roger was always being bullied in a friendly sense because of his name in the army."Roger, roger". However, due to his humorous nature, he hasn't taken it in the bad way and has thus won the friendship of most of his comerades in wherever he's been. He is a loyal friend but if one makes him angry, he will remember it. He might forgive, but rarely forgets.

Has mom and dad back home, no other relations.

Skills: Can handle most modern computers, and the ones based on those. Good in strategy and tactical tasks. Understands the basics of most weapons and unarmed combat, but won't pick up a gun if not necessary. Also, he is fairly good in talking, and can sometimes talk his way out from tough situations. His bad sides are, that he can't see anything at over two meters distance without his glasses. Also, he doesn't like animals too much, and has a very sensitive throat, and thus he might begin to cough if there is too much dust in the air.

Physical appearance: Rather slim, maybe even a bit too thin for a soldier. Still in good shape, though he won't take the Arnold role anywhere. These muscles just don't show. He's not longer than average, just looks that way.
