Best way how to prevent starvation - pray to angry Loricatus while wielding a large chest.

True story.

The symbiont idea is neat. You would have to eat twice as much but it helps you heal more quickly too. And maybe it keeps growing and you have to "carry" it so it counts towards your burdened/stressed status. The bigger it gets the harder it is to vomit out, and if you wait too long it'll burst out of you

The symbiont idea is great, but I wouldn't make it a chestburster. No other god is actively trying to kill you after a successful prayer.

BTW, how hard would it be to make limbs regrown by Scabies use the unused tentacle-limb graphics? It doesn't need to have any special effect, just a minor flavor bit and spook for new players.

A temple with statues of developers on a far away continent? I approve.

Perhaps they become a dungeon fixture (ala fountain, couch, etc); the IS_ERNOMOUSE tag could cause such fixtures to continue to block LOS.

I like this. It would also mean we could add statues to Attnam for the looks.

Petrifying should definitely do some check againt the enemy. Dulcis' taming song checks the player's Cha and piety with Dulcis, right? It could make a similar check for petrification.

As for Dulcis:
* In line with her singing a taming song, she could sing a lullaby, putting nearby enemies to sleep. Or maybe recite poetry until they fall asleep.
* She could also screech/shout/sing a death metal song, dealing sonic damage.
* As a goddess of art, she could appreciate a nice statue. If she transformed your enemies into stone, they would make nice statues...
* She could also swap your ungly things for nicer things. This should only work on useless items, like normal rocks for gems, sticks for golden or silver bars.
* She could transform nearby walls into glass/crystal/gemstones, making your surroundings pretty. And allowing you to see through walls.
* She could very, very rarely (only as a champion gift?) give you rings or amulets.

I like the idea of Silva hardening your leather items. I also must say I like the earthquake ability, even though I don't actually use it that much... But it's so cool.

Many of them are funny, though.

The slimes could be interesting to use to glue enemies in place.

I like all those changes

Me too.

I think Silva has interesting, if niche, prayers.

I never understood why Infuscor can give you scrolls of teleport, but not Sophos who actually teleports you. For me, it would make more sense to grant wands from Infuscor (godess of violet, destructive dark magic) and scrolls from Sophos (god of knowledge, thus also written word).

Scabies sounds so cool (godess of disease!!!) but is not cool to pray to. I think she needs more/better prayer effects. Something along the lines of coating your wielded weapons in poison, producing fart clouds around you (harmless but blocks monsters, great for a defense power), maybe she should bless you with lycanthropy/vampirism? You could also be granted a ring of stasis as her champion, it would be interesting with her polymorphs and could be used as a way to grant it to the player without a wish or RNG. She should also loose the leprosy "blessing".

True. Maybe it should stay at the same rate then, seeing as healing liquid would lose its limb regeneration ability. It should enhance Cruentus' appeal as a supplier of you know what.

That's reasonable. Maybe stop Mellis from giving you blood, so Cruentus has a monopol?

We could separate healing liquid and Troll Blood, so that healing liquid only heals HP, while troll blood either heals HP or regenerates a limb, and make troll blood rarer? At the moment both do both, only one of the two contributes to nutrition.

Sounds good!

I don't think limb recovery is very difficult due to prayer, so it might not hurt to make it easy with healing. Or we could make praying for limbs harder.

I actually agree that getting limbs back is way too easy once you have some healing fluid. It would be much more fun if you had to find a priest to get your normal limb back, or pray for new limbs from strange materials.
