It's possible. It's just that the chance of getting ommel fluids is like a chance of finding them, as compared to other things, so you'll have to try a lot of wishes.
Hmm... What are the chances of ommel fluids spawning then? I was of the opinion you couldn't wish for them because I tried to kill Petrus with nothing but thrown bottles (wished for, in WM, naturally) one time, and don't remember getting ommel fluids at all. It was some time ago however... I must've wished for between 30 to 50 bottles at least though...
