This is probably one of my best characters yet. Even if he doesn't win, I've never done this well before.

AStr 42, LStr 30, Dex 25, Agi 22, End 20, Per 48, Int 36, Wis 32, Cha 13
Perma-ESP and Perma-Telecontrol
Killed Ur-Khan easily, Golgor Dhan with many strikes until he was missing one leg and exchanged one of his weapons for a broken long sword.
Also has killed multiple valpurium, ommel, octiron golems.

Right now I'm dual-wielding halberds, one mithril and one ruby. Still no sign of Mjolak
But I did get Ne'erc Se'ulb

Finally a good character.

The enner beast was right near the staircase. I hit him with a wand of striking which went *through* him and into the kamikaze dwarf behind him, causing the dwarf to explode! The combination of strike + explosion destroyed the enner's head and finished him off in one go!

Other highlights so far...
Xinroch didn't stand a chance. My mithril halberd +5 shattered his armor and sword.

Golgor Dhan is lurking around GC5 now... I saw him in GC6, ran upstairs but he followed.

Right now I'm trying to get Ne'erc Seulb just for the heck of it. Cruentus is extremely pleased with me but I haven't found Mortifer's altar (might polymorph one).

I really need to learn a different way to beat this game though... I always use halberds. I haven't found Mjolak or any way to wish for it yet though. I'm going to try to go natural limbs for the first time though.

I ate two floating eye corpses + two mirrored floating eye corpses and didn't reach permanent ESP Is it because they were mirrored? Or is 4 not enough?

How can you get gas immunity other than the mask? Magic mushrooms?

Just had one who found Turox, Vermis, and a cloak of invisibility (torn and then repaired) all in UT 1-2

P.S. I'm sure the polycontrol thing would've been illegitimate, just thought it'd be a funny way to circumvent the rules

I'll give this another shot but here's my first attempt

Turn:
1316 - Entered UT3
1340 - found an oil lamp and wished for Mjolak
2320 - first giant plant
2751 - killed
1435 turns total

Arm Strength went from 13 to 20 in that time because of Mjolak

Killed:
38 plants
46 greater plants
12 giant plants
96 total

Final score: 1427

I had 2 cans of troll blood but couldn't drink quick enough. The main reason I died though was weak body armor (hardened leather I think)

I also had a couple scrolls of teleportation and some offensive wands. My plan if I became desperate was, I had both a ring of polymorph and polycontrol, so I'd turn into something else. Never got the chance to use any of those though, so I could've easily lasted longer. Also, never returned to UT to rest. Starvation seems very likely if you do this for too long... those kiwis aren't enough to keep you going after a while.

My last character would've been perfect for this. Mithril chain mail, favored by Mellis (tons of healing liquid) while still in UT. In GC3 Rondol hit me in the head and knocked me unconscious; I was still alive when I woke back up (and should've easily been able to beat him) but the next hit killed me after I pulled my wand of teleportation out of its chest

So, we're not allowed to go back to UT2 and heal I take it?

You know what, actually I guess a large part of it is the Valdemar bug. A sip of healing liquid or troll blood could've easily saved me in most of these cases. I just fixed the script. There does seem to be an odd number of powerful zombies though.
