They were also on the Wiki - again for guests only, but the Wiki uses separate user accounts and is a bit of a pain to login to.

I'd say they were generating about $1-10 a month depending on how many clicks. Anyways, not a whole lot. The main banner ad had text stating that ads are hidden for members - the main goal for me was to encourage people to sign up. But I don't know if the trade off was worth it.

Decided to do my part to fight the enshittification of the internet and remove ads completely.

Hopefully if anything this will keep guests sticking around the Wiki and forum longer and sign up because they love playing IVAN and enjoy what they're reading.

Thanks, it's fixed. It was just the Elastic server messing up, it was actually saving the new messages.

I honestly don't know how I ever did artifical limb wins. Whenever I try them now I can't handle the danger level anymore

Damn it’s sad that I’m not even familiar with half the stuff you mentioned. Really need to take more time with some of the new quests

Frack I was wrong.. seems that we are in the new "paid" tier, although the payments don't begin until August.

However I believe if I just reduce the number of users to 10 or fewer we should be eligible for the free tier again.

I'm pretty sure when I originally looked, out of the ~15 accounts we have 5 of them had never been used even once so it should be doable
