No, it doesn't work even for this topic. It doesn't have anything to do with deletion; pretty certain.

I have figured out why the yellow arrow doesn't take me to the first new post anymore! It is because it uses the old method of topic linkage (by topic number) rather than the new method (by topic name), and perchance thus the other code to make it do what it should does not work. The way of seeing the latest post in a topic, which uses the topic name with the additional post number does work by contrast.

Inaccurate weapons (e.g. halberd) usually have greater damage. Accurate weapons (e.g. whips) have lower damage but a higher chance of a hit, and better chance for dismembering /beheading. If you enchant a whip +5, its damage will be comparable. Or, if you enchant a halberd +5 it will now not only have a ton of damage, it will also be very accurate. So I actually prefer inaccurate weapons, because once they are enchanted, they become accurate while still offering greater damage.

Very true, but oftentimes it's tough to find enough enchantment scrolls to make the inaccurate weapons reliable. Occasionally I have gotten a few scrolls together before meeting Jenny and needing to pick a weapon to stick with, but not often.

My best guess having no knowledge of the code is that weapon accuracy affects the % chance to hit. If you want a deeper analysis, your best bet is to go source-diving (or you can wait for one of the more knowledgeable users to come along, but that could take a while).

Frankly, I think it'd be more useful to make us show up higher for I V A N itself, rather than the Latin. How many people do you really think are going to remember how to spell the Latin?

Edit: I really was hoping that was shoutbox-only. :sigh:

Preparation for the adventurer apocalypse. You never know when those formerly obedient GC explorers will suddenly decide to kill Petrus, after all.

I'd be more inclined to believe that a mirror is automatically defined as belonging to your team by other teams regardless of whether you've been hostile or not.

HHGs can definitely be wielded and mirrored such that your mirror self is left holding one. All you must do is wield first, activate second, zap self third and voila! As mentioned, though, it's sadly not useful.

if you want a screenshot just say the word

Ok, I stand corrected. I *did* try this, mind. It looks like it takes varying amounts of vomit to get this to happen depending on whether it is currently raining in NA or not.

Honestly, I'm surprised this isn't claimed as vandalism. I know if some idjit came in and started throwing up on my walls I'd be pretty pissed at him.

I have tried this very trick just now in CVS. It's a nice try, but the Attnamese are not fooled one bit; they still attacked me even though I had given my mirror an official dismissal via boot to the rear. It's true that when you leave town, the timer stops for your mirror, but once you're back in the timer starts up again, and as mentioned they still blame you for the bomb.
