Being on fire bug

As you can see in the screenshot, when you swim you don't put out your own fire which doesn't make sense of course. Also, I noticed that if you dip an item that is on fire in a bottle full of water it will kill the fire shortly after, but if you dip it directly in a fountain it won't.
