Version numbers

Is everyone ok for the next release to be version 0.52 instead of 0.51.1 ?
The reason is because it makes it simpler to refer to, and with only 4 releases per year, it takes us to the year 2030 before we get to IVAN 1.0

Yes lol. I think it makes more sense to bump that number, but if we have to make any quick releases to fix major bugs those would make sense to increment as 0.52.1, 0.52.2, etc.
