Onto the next series of Q's... !

How can i heal my slave? he lost both of his legs...
Does it matter if i reattach my old arm, or drink a potion and grow a new one?

Oh and if i ressurect one of my old characters and i res him with another ghost soul than his, will it still work ?

Heal the slave - Drop a bottle of healing liquid near him and hope he drinks it. Or zap a wand of resurrection at him iirc.
Arms - IIRC, your old arm will have all the previously built up stats for it, a new one won't.
Old character's ghost - Try it and find out
System would indicate in graphic if person is mounted on horse or not.
Same system also show if person mounted on boar, elephant, polar bear etc.
Or if person mounted on ass.

A new arm will have the same stats, as if it was an old arm reattached.

Yes a new arm will have the same stats, otherwise healing liquids and troll blood would be relatively worthless.

It reduces the body part's HP by 1 I believe and can also reduce an attribute like DEX or AGI.

Why my resurrected chars or cloned chars don't follow me so close as my puppy or slave does? i mean it's really hard to keep them following even with the frekin whistle, and on top of that a magic whistle... Was it intentional coding?

It may be like that because followers generally run here and there to kill monsters, so if it's the case, it's intentional.

The puppy initially has 18 perception and the slave has 15 perception, while a ressurected char retains the perception he had whilst You were playing him - which, unless he had some carrots or ommel tears, or trained, is no more than 11. The puppy and slave therefore see 2-4 squares further are usually are somehat faster than a ressurected player.

tl;dr it's all about perception and actually seeing You.

Don't worry RustKnight - when Your followers will have ESP, things will go a lot more smoother!

Doesn't the slave have stats calculated in the same way as the player seeing as they both use the "playerkind" entry in the script?

(You can't start with more than 11 per, I stethoscoped the slave and he had more)

Ah i see, that ESP advice is a good one, i guess that's one way to make them follow you better, but then again i have to hope for them to have high intel...
Oh, and how do i clone an object with the wand of cloning ? (or is it meant only for creatures?)

It means you have a parasite, and you need to vomit it out, drink antidote liquid, or grow a pair of stones big enough to survive drinking a bottle of sulphuric acid (don't count on it).

Piety points are raised by praying, sacrificing, or kneeling on the altar of the god of your choice, gods have a cooldown timer on prayers however, and they'll get really pissed off if you do it too often or pray to too wide of a spectrum of gods.

Yes.

No.

Maybe if you're Slob, otherwise that's probably not a great idea.

Here.
Proudly bringing disaster and mental scarring to Attnam since '05!

can I get a chart with food values on it? like a calory chart corresponding to starving, very hungry, hungry, [blank], satiated, bloated and over fed? at what point do I pass out? at what point do I vomit? what takes energy away? I really think that because eating is so important to the game , that it should be more aparent in the game. also why cant I die of dehydration? it kills you much quicker then starvation? and a little off topic here but I did have esp when I went to see petris, and as it turns out the cut scene, if you will, does not infact edit to tell me their telepathic conversation. I guess esp in this case doesnt include telepathy , only claircoyance.

Brudswick, I don't know if you've noticed, but IVAN isn't big on giving hard numerical values. That said, even games which do, rarely if ever give you a specific value for your hunger. If you're hungry, eat something. If you carry more stuff, you get hungrier, faster. The data you're asking for, while probably somewhat helpful, isn't really necessary. In fact even if I *had* access to that data I personally wouldn't use it much, because I find playing that way to be exceedingly boring and tedious. (Hmm, maybe that's why I've only won once...)

That said. It probably wouldn't be too hard to whip one up yourself. Go into the script files and read up on the materials, especially the foods; it should be pretty self-exploratory. Beyond that I suspect the only thing that will matter for the satiation values of a specific food item, is the item itself's volume, which can be found in the item script file. Unless you're asking only and specifically about what numerical satiation level you would drop from satiated to normal. In which case, good luck with that.

If you keep yourself unburdened and eat all the safely edible corpses you eliminate 99% of all hunger problems. Seriously, satiation lasts quite a while if you're unburdened. Burdened and stressed states make your hunger clock move considerably/quite a lot faster respectively, which is great if you're bloated or overfed and don't want to be but bad if you're satiated or less.

(if you are in desperate need of exact time values, I have no life and can provide them)
