At CHA=100 shops will {{Spoiler}}Higher Charisma allows you to buy and sell items in shops for approximately the same amount as they will sell it for. Any higher and you can make a profit simply by buying and selling. Good luck getting 100+ CHA thoughbetter prices. :D
