Altars are places where you can worship Gods. You can kneel and pray, or you can offer sacrifices to them for bonus points. They can be found randomly throughout the gloomy caves and underwater tunnels, with certain guaranteed locations including one inside the Cathedral of Attnam.

Guaranteed Altars

Although finding temples (and altars) in IVAN is a question of chance, the game features some fixed, guaranteed altars. One is found in Attnam, two others in dungeons (one in each dungeon).

  • A valpurium altar of Valpurus – The Cathedral (Attnam)
  • A basalt altar of Silva – UT4 (underwater tunnel)
  • A steel altar of Cruentus – Oree's Lair
