She is always on the stairs stairway upwards leading out of the [[Underwater Tunnel's third (and last) Tunnels]] level3.

She looks like a giant carnivorous plant, with red "mouth", and occupies a 2x2 space[[Image:Genetrix.png]]

She can't move by herself, and can only attack the player in melee. As long as she is alive, carnivorous plants will spontaneously spawn sprout around the player whenever while he is in UT3. The plants get stronger the longer the player remains on the level.
