"You feel very ill."
Most commonly caused by being bitten by a venemous creature such as a spider or walking through a cloud of skunk smell.
This condition will cause you to vomit periodically, your Hit Points to slowly decrease and you may start bleeding. This can be stopped with an antidote liquid.
