The Wise Farmer is a unique hostile farmer found on the sixth floor of the Gloomy Cave (the ruined city) in LIVAN and CLIVAN.
Unlike a regular farmer, he possesses immensely high stats and extremely highly enchanted equipment. As such, he poses a much greater threat than any monster the player has likely ran into thus far.
Luckily for the player, the wise farmer spawns in a specific location within a building, so it is possible to avoid him entirely.

When hostile:

- The wise farmer gives you a blank stare. "To succeed in your quest, you must look at life like it is a double-edged blade."
- "Having both invincibility and immortality... a thought too painful for me."
- "If only I knew what's keeping me alive - I would have been dead centuries ago."
- "I'm led to consider a different path: Heaven for climate, Hell for company."
Trivia
One of the Wise Farmer's friendly dialogue lines, "I'm led to consider a different path: Heaven for climate, Hell for company" is a paraphrasing of a quote by Mark Twain.
