You will find bottles and cans filled with troll blood or healing liquid during your adventures. Drinking either of them heals you to your maximum HP and troll blood also provides a bit of nutrition.
Troll blood is a natural source of healing whereas healing liquid is industrially produced by distilling it. Therefore is has less bloody taste and higher concentration of tissue repairing stem cells.
