Body armor is a piece of armor that covers the torso of the player.
It comes in two variants: Chain mail and "Solid". Solid armor is identified as "plate mail" if it is made of a metal alloy, and simply as "armor" if made of a different material. Chain mail is simply "chainmail" no matter what it's made of.
Special body armors include:
- the Armor of Greater Health which raises your endurance and likely attracts stronger monsters,
- the '''Shirt of the Golden Eagle''' which is obtained by defeating Oree the Blood Daemon King. Essentially a plot device, although it is quite strong and light,
- the '''Dragon Cuirass''' which is essentially a thicker, heavier and stronger body armor with spiked shoulders and AV 18 in its unaltered form (LIVAN only), and
