As far as I can tell, you can get Teleportitis, Polymorphitis, slow, and dizzy from this. You, for apparent reasons, can not lose your sense of smell from the cloud, however. A blue cloud will allways be dropped on the PC and the red cloud will allways be dropped on mobs, no matter what. However, when the clouds are dropped they remain there until they vanish, which means that a monster can wander into a blue cloud or vice verse, which is dangerous.
